TMYTEK Showed Antenna-in-Package and XRifle at Satellite 2020March 5, 2020 — Washington, DC.

TMYTEK was at Satellite 2020, presenting our mmWave (Ka/Ku/K bands) AiP (Antenna-in-Package) and XRifle for 5G and Satellite industries from Mach 3 to 5, 2020 in Washington, DC.

As a mmWave total solution provider for 5G and beyond with the mission to contribute and to realize the internet everywhere with our mmWave technology, we develop a series of AiP (antenna-in-package) product lines that enables engineers to establish beamforming system for small cells and satellite terminals in various situations and conditions.

Our Scalable and IF-ready mmWave AiPs includes RF design, material, heat management, calibration, software, and more. The size of scalable AiP ranges from 4×4 array up to 4K array. Customizing the AiP with specific array size, optimized for different frequency bands, or single or dual-polarization, are all possible.

The package technologies available to TMYTEK are PCB, LTCC, and WL SiP. We formed great partnerships with the top PCB manufacturers and packing houses in Taiwan. We ever worked with many companies to design and produce phased-arrays with our AiP technologies in 5G mmWave bands. We are keen to work with partners in the satellite industry to deliver flat antennas in Ka/K/Ku bands.

At this exhibition, we also demonstrated our latest 5G base station deployment solution, XRifle. With our patented signal reflector to bounce mmWave signal from/to designated angle, XRifle serves as the best deployment strategy to enhance the coverage with ideal costs for telecom companies.

TMYTEK’s VP Ethan Lin showed visitors our latest AiP project with one of the largest ceramic manufacturers in Japan.

Making an AiP product successful, many details need to be concerned. In the design phase, we should ensure that the design rules coincide with the fabrication technology to be used. During fabrication, how to evaluate the performance of a module quickly and accurately enough is critical to the cost and production rate. TMYTEK provides values that can contribute to the 5G, 6G LEO industry, and our mmWave AiP can also give the next generation of user experiences and industry a better world.
